Bonviva Wine
Ever since Jaimi's semester abroad at the University of Dijon, where she fell in love with wine, she's dreamt of creating her own. Following decades of testing, tasting, learning and meeting a like-minded partner along the way, we planted a vineyard on our Finca in Mallorca. And after letting the vines mature for 3 years, we launched the first Bonviva wines with the 2023 vintage.
Bonviva, named to reflect our philosophy of living well and making the most of life, is cultivated on our Finca and crafted at Chateau Vino de la Isla. Our artisanal wines are handpicked, ecologically grown, and capture the essence of Mallorcan life.

Bonviva vineyard
A micro-producer of organic wine, Finca Bonviva currently has 1500 vines and produces based on a selective manual harvest, focusing on low-yield and high-quality. In 2023, we produced 870 bottles of wine. In 2024, with the extremely hot and dry summer, our yield decreased and resulted in only 700 bottles of wine, but at exceptional quality!
Bonviva Rosado 2025
Pale as the first blush of a Mediterranean dawn, this rosé arrives in the glass like a whisper — a pale salmon shimmer that holds light the way tide pools hold sky.

The nose is fresh and generous: peach blossom, strawberry and mandarine up front, followed by hints of rose petal, raspberry and rhubarb, with a subtle touch of sweet thyme that gives it an unexpected depth.
​
On the palate, it's light, lively and easy to love — with just enough tartness to keep things interesting, and a finish that fades like a good secret — present, then gone, but not forgotten. The kind of rosé you reach for without thinking twice. Perfect from aperitif to the table.

Bonviva Blanco 2025
Lemon yellow, like sunlight in a glass — this is Sauvignon Blanc as it should be.
​
The nose is immediate and vivid: lime and lemon lead with clean, citrus energy, lifted by a delicate thread of lemon blossom. Underneath, green apple and green pepper add freshness and edge, with a whisper of tomato leaf and soft brie keeping things interesting.
​
On the palate, it's crisp, refreshing and dangerously drinkable — the kind of white that disappears from the table before anyone notices.

Bonviva Blanco 2024
Sunlight captured in pale yellow, this limestone-born Sauvignon Blanc sings with bright grapefruit, wild gooseberry and tender green asparagus, kissed by whispers of peach and citrus blossoms. The crystalline palate dances between mineral precision and tropical dreams. A liquid poem full of perspective and promise, wonderful for sipping on the terrace or pairing with light seafood dishes.

Bonviva Rosado 2024
Crafted from Syrah grown on limestone-rich soils, this rosé gleams a radiant light salmon and unveils a symphony of pink grapefruit, lemon blossom, lychee, and wild strawberry, lifted by a hint of rhubarb and rose petal. The palate sparkles with citrus vivacity and floral whispers, while minerals echo the earth's memory in its elegant finish. This is our favorite wine - suitable for opening at brunch and drinking all day (and night!). Perfect all on it's own and also pairs well with light dishes such as salads, grilled fish, or fruity desserts.
Pro tip: make sure you have a few bottles chilled - you won't want to stop after finishing one!

Bonviva Blanco 2023
100% sauvignon blanc, reminiscent of a Pouilly-Fumé. With an intense straw yellow color and magnificent nose, it’s a pleasure even before you take a sip. Flavors of ripe pear, cassis and mandarin combine to create a full and expressive bouquet that offers a perfect compliment to seafood, chicken and vegetarian dishes.
